Southern Field Co. works with multiple trusted fulfillment partners to offer a curated selection of boutique clothing and Southern Field Co. original designs.
Because items may ship from different fulfillment locations, products in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Processing Times
Processing times vary by product and fulfillment partner. Most orders begin processing within a few business days. Made-to-order Southern Field Co. original items may require additional production time before shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and their fulfillment location.
Orders containing products from multiple fulfillment partners may have combined shipping charges.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by product and fulfillment partner. Some items may arrive within several business days, while others may take approximately 1–2 weeks after processing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains items fulfilled by different partners, you may receive more than one tracking number and your packages may arrive on different days.
Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after a shipping label has been created.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Southern Field Co. through our Contact page with your order number and details about the issue.
We will work with the appropriate fulfillment partner or shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
