RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Southern Field Co. purchase. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached, when applicable.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any merchandise back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Southern Field Co. Original & Made-to-Order Items

Some Southern Field Co. original designs are produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because these products are made to order, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

If a made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos showing the issue.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, clearance items, gift cards, and made-to-order Southern Field Co. originals are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after it has been issued.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been placed. Made-to-order items may enter production shortly after purchase and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
